The Children's Place is seeking a Sales Floor Associate to join our team in Raleigh, North Carolina. As a Sales Floor Associate, you will be responsible for supporting the Store Leadership Team to achieve all company goals and objectives, while delivering exceptional customer service to our customers.

About the Job

This is a full-time position that requires a strong commitment to providing fast, friendly, and accurate service to customers. You will be responsible for maintaining a clean and organized store environment, processing stock, and adhering to Loss Prevention procedures.

The estimated salary for this role is $35,000 per year, based on market conditions and the level of experience required. If you have a passion for working with children and families, and are committed to delivering exceptional customer service, we encourage you to apply.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver exceptional customer service and respond to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner
  • Maintain a clean and organized store environment, including the sales floor and stockroom
  • Process stock and merchandise according to company standards
  • Adhere to Loss Prevention procedures and report any incidents or suspicious activity
  • Work collaboratively with the Store Leadership Team to achieve company goals and objectives
