Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and experienced Real Estate Project Manager to support our wireless real estate and regulatory efforts in the SoCal market. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering real estate entitlements to support evolving network enhancements, including managing relationships with internal and external partners, contract review and negotiation, and project management.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage vendors during the real estate process in support of our site modification program.
  • Ensure compliance with all applicable regulations and manage regulatory approval requirements.
  • Interface with stakeholders, including landlords, vendors, community officials, and legal counsel.
  • Maintain database systems and reports.
  • Manage the end-to-end Real-Estate process through to construction handoff.
  • Collaborate with Network Implementation teams to rectify on-site challenges preventing the advancement of network activations.
  • Work with outside vendors, including Architectural & Engineering firms and general contractors, on project design and priorities to meet company standards and build schedules.
  • Host weekly routine planning and working sessions with critical vendors and internal stakeholders to review project scopes.
  • Resolve property management and landlord/tenant disputes.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree or five or more years of work experience.
  • Five or more years of relevant work experience in real estate, municipal engagement, or contractual negotiation.
  • Highly organized and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to manage multiple small-scale projects to completion.
  • Advanced knowledge in reading and interpreting construction drawings, specs, and building codes.
  • Advanced skills in MS Excel or Google Sheets with the ability to create and work in multiple project trackers.
