Job Title: Banquet Server

Job Summary:
Great Wolf Lodge is seeking a Banquet Server to provide exceptional dining experiences for our guests. As a Banquet Server, you will be responsible for setting up and serving food and beverages in a timely and efficient manner. You will interact with guests in a friendly and professional manner, ensuring their satisfaction with our service.

Key Responsibilities:
• Read and interpret Banquet Event Orders (BEOs) and follow instructions from the Banquet Captain and/or Manager
• Participate in event setup, including moving and setting tables and chairs, buffet setup, and side stations
• Prepare table settings, condiments, beverages, and other items as dictated
• Communicate with the Banquet Captain and/or Manager throughout the function to notify them of changes, special requests, or dietary restrictions
• Interact with guests in a courteous and professional manner to ensure an exceptional dining experience
• Deliver food and beverages in a timely and efficient manner
• Ensure all assigned side-work and pre-work needed for future events is completed before leaving
• Participate in the clean up after all functions, including floors, dishes, equipment, and supplies

Requirements:
• Some High School education or equivalent
• Must be flexible regarding scheduling based on business demands
• Successful completion of a criminal background check and drug screen
• Previous server experience and proven teamwork skills are desired
• Projects a professional image that inspires trust and confidence
• Enthusiastic and positive energy
• Able to lift up to 30 lbs., bend, stretch, and twist, and stand for long periods of time
