Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)/Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) to join our team at Seabrook Village by Erickson Senior Living. As a LPN/LVN, you will be responsible for providing clinical care to residents in our neighborhood, adhering to the nursing standards of practice, board of nursing, and Erickson Senior Living standards.

Key Responsibilities:
• Assess, observe, and evaluate resident's clinical condition, document findings in the resident electronic medical record, and notify the provider and/or RN when necessary.
• Update or modify care plans as needed to reflect any changes to a resident's care and service needs.
• Administer medications timely, accurately, and according to orders.
• Participate in meetings related to resident outcomes and care.
• Respond to residents, family, or responsible parties in a timely and professional manner.

Requirements:
• Graduate of an approved Licensed Practical/Vocational Nursing program.
