Job Description: As a Clinical Speech and Language Specialist with our team, you will be responsible for evaluating and treating patients with communication and swallowing disorders in our acute care hospital setting. You will work closely with our multidisciplinary team to develop and implement effective treatment plans that promote patient recovery and independence.

Responsibilities:
  • Evaluate patients with communication and swallowing disorders using standardized assessments and tools.
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to address patient needs and goals.
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate patient care and services.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date clinical records and reports.
  • Provide education and training to patients, families, and caregivers on communication and swallowing techniques.


What We Offer: A competitive salary of $90,000 - $115,000 per year, depending on experience, plus comprehensive benefits, paid time off, and opportunities for professional growth and development.
