Key Responsibilities:
  • Sample Board Creation: Measure, assemble, glue, and grout various tiles according to scale drawings to create accurate and polished sample boards.
  • Tile Cutting: Use a Dry Cut Tile Saw to cut tile and Luxury Vinyl Tile (LVT) per bill of materials.
  • Board Finishing: Sand, cut, and fit boards together to ensure a precise and professional finish.
  • Order Preparation: Wrap and package sample orders/boards for shipment.
  • Warehouse Support: Assist with other warehouse tasks, such as picking and packing orders, conducting inventory counts, and preparing merchandise for shipment.
Requirements:
  • Communication Skills: Fluent English speaking and comprehension skills.
  • Eligibility: Eligible to work in the US; minimum 18 years of age.
  • Warehouse Experience: Minimum 1 year of basic knowledge of warehouse organization procedures required.
  • Tile Setting Experience: Minimum 1 year of knowledge of tile setting, grout mixing, and/or construction a plus.
  • Power Tool Operation: Basic knowledge of using power tools such as a Dry Cut Tile Saw, drills, and nail guns required.
  • Attention to Detail: Precise in taking, reading measurements, and orders; detail-oriented and accurate required.
  • Schedule Flexibility: Flexible schedule, including ability to work on weekends, as needed.
  • Physical Demands: Able to stand for 6-8 hours; frequently carry up to 25 lbs.; occasionally lift up to 70 lbs.
  • Work Pace: Enjoy a fast-paced, energetic work pace.
