Role Responsibilities:
This full-time position in primary care requires a focus on outpatient services. Candidates with prior experience in similar settings are preferred. The role offers competitive compensation, benefits, and a yearly continuing medical education stipend.
Key Duties:
- Oversees patient care and treatment in accordance with professional standards and protocols.
- Collaborates with patients and families to create comprehensive care plans.
- Works under a Standard Care Arrangement with a supervising physician.
- Initiates and leads quality improvement initiatives aimed at achieving top performance in clinical metrics.
Qualifications:
- Education: Master's degree in Nursing or a related field required. Graduate of an Advanced Practitioner Program.
- Current RN and Nurse Practitioner licenses in the state of practice. Certification as an Advanced Practice Nurse in the relevant specialty.
- Previous experience as a Nurse Practitioner is preferred.
- Must possess a current certificate to prescribe from the state nursing board.
- BLS certification required.
- DEA registration necessary.
- Strong clinical assessment and analytical abilities.
- Self-motivated professional with excellent organizational skills.
