The Intelligence Programs Group (IPG), a key component of our Space and Intelligence Division, specializes in systems engineering and advisory services for the Space and National Intelligence sectors.

Key Responsibilities:


As a vital member of the COLOSSUS Systems Engineering and Technical Assistance (SETA) program, you will provide Enterprise Planning and Management support to various customer groups and offices. You will be assigned to a specific customer organization, acting as a trusted liaison, addressing requests for reports, briefings, talking points, and technical updates at the organizational level.

Your role will involve facilitating collaboration across multiple organizations and contracts to ensure that all stakeholders' interests are considered in the development of work products, as well as aiding in achieving desired organizational outcomes.

You will serve as the primary contractor contact for office tasks, ensuring timely responses to meet deadlines.

Expectations include crafting executive-level communications and correspondence characterized by comprehensiveness, accuracy, and promptness.


The ideal candidate will:
Assist office leadership with general SETA support (white papers, briefings, action responses, coordination support)

Facilitate program-based action item resolution and provide updates on outstanding actions to group leadership

Develop and coordinate weekly activity reports for the customer organization

Gather and consolidate inputs from various sources (Government, FFRDC, SETA, developers, etc.) to produce high-quality action item responses, reports, briefings, and plans in accordance with customer formats and guidelines, pending government approval

Support Policy/Governance/Compliance activities related to the respective Directorate/Office/Group

Contribute to Strategy Development and Management

Collect information and draft background and talking papers on topics of interest to customer and group leadership

Facilitate meetings, including capturing, tracking, and closing Action Items

Assist in preparing and coordinating briefings for customer leadership to governance boards/forums

Create high-quality presentation materials, including multimedia products and executive-level communications characterized by comprehensiveness, accuracy, and promptness

Provide insights and advice to the customer organization across a broad spectrum of business, mission, and technical issues, taskings, and advisories

May be required to adapt and support tasks and projects across the broader COLOSSUS scope based on individual expertise and capabilities

Qualifications:

Required qualifications:
Master's degree with 5+ years or Bachelor's degree with 8+ years of relevant experience

Active TS/SCI clearance, with a favorably adjudicated CI Poly at the time of application

Experience within the Intelligence Community (IC)

Ability to excel as a team enabler, valuing collaboration, open communication, transparency, and adaptability

Proficient in professional communication with senior Government clients and colleagues

Strong written and verbal communication skills, capable of articulating organizational positions on various topics

Demonstrated proactive approach, self-starter mentality, and critical thinking abilities

Desired qualifications:
Experience with NRO

Background in supporting a cybersecurity organization

Experience in a service delivery organization
