Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Residential Maintenance Technician to join our team at Trubild. As a key member of our maintenance team, you will be responsible for performing repairs and maintenance tasks in our manufactured homes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform repairs and maintenance tasks in areas such as HVAC, electrical, plumbing, carpentry, drywall/woodwork, remodel repairs, and appliances.
  • Operate a floor machine that waxes and buffs.
  • Paint using a paint sprayer and/or roller brush.
  • Lay and/or replace vinyl flooring.
  • Address post-occupancy repair/renovation and maintenance issues.
  • Work in tandem with the local property management team and the fund's Director of Maintenance.
  • Coordinate technicians and vendors to complete work orders.
  • Address punch lists and correct other deficiencies in occupied properties.
Requirements
  • 2-5 years of maintenance experience.
  • Must have reliable transportation.
  • Must have handyman tools.
  • Must be able to work as a team.
  • Strong Customer Service Skills.
  • Excellent Organization.
  • Ability to utilize technology to communicate effectively and schedule appointments.
  • Clean background check.
  • Knowledge of all types of construction repairs and renovation.
Education

High School Diploma or 5 years applicable experience preferred.
