We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Residential Maintenance Technician to join our team at Trubild. As a key member of our maintenance team, you will be responsible for performing repairs and maintenance tasks in our manufactured homes.
Key Responsibilities- Perform repairs and maintenance tasks in areas such as HVAC, electrical, plumbing, carpentry, drywall/woodwork, remodel repairs, and appliances.
- Operate a floor machine that waxes and buffs.
- Paint using a paint sprayer and/or roller brush.
- Lay and/or replace vinyl flooring.
- Address post-occupancy repair/renovation and maintenance issues.
- Work in tandem with the local property management team and the fund's Director of Maintenance.
- Coordinate technicians and vendors to complete work orders.
- Address punch lists and correct other deficiencies in occupied properties.
- 2-5 years of maintenance experience.
- Must have reliable transportation.
- Must have handyman tools.
- Must be able to work as a team.
- Strong Customer Service Skills.
- Excellent Organization.
- Ability to utilize technology to communicate effectively and schedule appointments.
- Clean background check.
- Knowledge of all types of construction repairs and renovation.
High School Diploma or 5 years applicable experience preferred.
