Computer Vision and Machine Learning Specialist

About the Job
We are seeking a Computer Vision and Machine Learning Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will work closely with experts in computer graphics, computer vision, and machine learning to design and build solutions to previously unsolved challenges for Apple products.
Responsibilities
Responsibilities include:
- Developing and implementing machine learning algorithms for human understanding and human intelligence applications.
- Collaborating with others to drive requirements and validation tests to ship models.
- Designing and implementing new algorithms to solve challenging problems.
- Delivering clean, modular, testable algorithm code.
- Communicating and working effectively with cross-functional partners.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you should possess the following qualities:
- A strong foundation in software engineering skills and proficiency in Python and PyTorch.
- A BS degree and a minimum of 3 years of relevant industry experience.
- A comprehensive understanding of diffusion models, transformers, and auto-encoders.
- Excellent communication and experience working with multi-functional teams.
- A self-motivated individual with a proven track record to optimally prioritize and deliver tasks on schedule.
Compensation and Benefits
At Apple, we offer a competitive salary range between $143,100 and $264,200, depending on your skills, qualifications, experience, and location. You will also receive benefits including comprehensive medical and dental coverage, retirement benefits, a range of discounted products and free services, and reimbursement for certain educational expenses.
