  • Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations, codes, and standards, and maintain a strong focus on safety and quality.
  • Manage and develop a team of construction professionals, providing guidance, coaching, and mentoring to ensure their growth and success.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with contractors, vendors, and stakeholders, ensuring effective communication and issue resolution.
  • Identify and mitigate project risks, and develop contingency plans to ensure project success.
  • Monitor and report on project performance, providing regular updates to senior management and stakeholders.
Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience in construction management, with a focus on capital projects.
  • Proven track record of delivering complex projects on time, within budget, and with a focus on safety and quality.
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a team of construction professionals.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with contractors, vendors, and stakeholders.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a strong focus on problem-solving and issue resolution.
  • Strong analytical and technical skills, with the ability to interpret and apply relevant regulations, codes, and standards.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Professional certifications, such as PMP or LEED AP, are a plus.
  • Experience working in a refinery or petrochemical environment is highly desirable.
