Job Title: School Speech-Language Pathologist

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated School Speech-Language Pathologist to join our team at Soliant. As a key member of our educational community, you will play a vital role in supporting the communication needs of our diverse student population.

About the Role:

This full-time position involves working with students from Pre-K to 5th grade, conducting assessments and evaluations to determine their speech and language needs. You will develop and implement individualized treatment plans to address communication goals, collaborate with teachers and parents to support student progress, and maintain accurate documentation and progress reports.

Responsibilities:
  • Conduct comprehensive assessments and evaluations to identify students' speech and language needs.
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to address communication goals.
  • Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other professionals to support student progress and development.
  • Maintain accurate and detailed documentation and progress reports.
  • Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to the development of student learning plans.
Qualifications:
  • Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology or a related field.
  • Georgia state licensure or eligibility for licensure.
  • Experience working with school-aged children is preferred but not required for entry-level candidates.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
