Companion Caregiver

Hope At Home Health Care is a leading provider of home health care services, dedicated to delivering exceptional care and support to our clients in the comfort of their own homes. We are currently seeking a qualified Companion Caregiver to join our team.

As a Companion Caregiver, you will be responsible for providing one-on-one support and companionship to our clients, promoting their independence and well-being. This is a challenging and rewarding role that requires a high level of compassion, empathy, and communication skills.

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their unique needs and preferences
• Assist with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming, as needed
• Encourage clients to engage in hobbies, interests, and other activities that promote mental stimulation and social interaction
• Prepare meals and snacks for clients, taking into account dietary restrictions and preferences
• Maintain a clean and safe living environment by performing light housekeeping tasks and adhering to health and safety protocols

• Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification or equivalent experience
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform physical tasks as required
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Able to work independently and as part of a team

• A competitive salary range of $45,000 - $65,000 per year, depending on experience
