Key Responsibilities- Leadership and Supervision: Provide guidance and support to nursing staff, ensuring that they have the necessary resources and training to provide high-quality care to our residents.
- Quality Improvement: Participate in quality improvement initiatives and activities to ensure that our nursing practices are aligned with best practices and regulatory requirements.
- Resident Care: Ensure that all residents receive comprehensive and individualized care, including assessments, care planning, and implementation of care plans.
- Staff Development: Provide ongoing training and education to nursing staff to enhance their skills and knowledge, and to ensure that they are equipped to provide high-quality care.
- Communication: Maintain effective communication with residents, families, and other healthcare professionals to ensure that our residents receive seamless and coordinated care.
- Education: Graduation from an accredited program in Nursing.
- Experience: Minimum of 1-year Long Term Care RN supervision experience, strong leadership and excellent clinical skills required.
- Licensure and Certification: Current, unencumbered RN license in NY state. Current CPR and IV certifications.
- Premium Compensation: Competitive hourly rate of up to $46.25/hour.
- Sign on Bonus: $5,000 sign on bonus.
- Benefits: Comprehensive benefits package, including 401(k), dental insurance, health insurance, paid time off, and vision insurance.
