Job Summary

The Dishware Specialist will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and sanitation of tableware, pots, pans, and cookware equipment to ensure our guests' expectations are exceeded.

Key Responsibilities

• Understand and adhere to our company values and service standards.
• Ensure the safety of guests and associates by keeping the dish room clean and organized.
• Load, run, and unload the dish machine while monitoring temperature to ensure sanitation according to health codes.
• Wash and store all tableware and kitchenware, ensuring adequate levels are maintained for the dining room, banquets, and kitchen.
• Dispose of trash at appropriate times.
• Maintain adequate levels of dish detergents and cleaning supplies, notifying the chef of any shortages.
• Clean food preparation and production areas as needed to ensure the cleanliness of the kitchen facility.

• Ability to work weekends and holidays.

• Ability to work in a hot, wet, humid, and loud environment while standing for long periods.
• Ability to lift 60 lbs. at a time up to 30 times per shift.
