Job Description

About the Role

Level Workforce is seeking a highly skilled Construction Project Manager to oversee the execution of projects from start to finish. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide daily onsite management of subcontractors and trades workers, including daily reports and photo documentation.
  • Manage and implement site safety protocols, ensuring compliance with OSHA regulations and company policies.
  • Procure materials, pricing, and vendors, and ensure all deliveries are inspected and documented.
  • Effectively communicate and interact with the home office, subcontractors, and clients via phone, in-person, and email correspondence.
  • Leverage technology to stay connected with involved parties and ensure all work conforms to plans, specifications, and schedules.
  • Provide daily oversight of project schedule development, updates, enforcement, and adherence, including written documentation of phone conversations.
  • Perform self-performed tasks, including installing equipment, rough carpentry, demolition, metal framing, drywall patch and repair, and accessories installation.
  • Coordinate and communicate with inspection officials, engineers, testing agencies, and design professionals.
  • Manage punch list completion and closeout.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Commercial Construction Superintendent or similar role.
  • Experience in renovations and ground-up projects.
  • Strong leadership and project management skills.
  • Knowledge of construction methods, materials, and equipment.
  • Ability to read and interpret construction plans and specifications.
  • Be transparent about availability and follow company procedures for requesting PTO.
  • Maintain strong communication by conducting regular check-ins with manager and co-workers.
  • Maintain reliable internet, phone, and networking capabilities with appropriate speed to supply the bandwidth needed to perform the job efficiently.
  • Ensure webcam and audio are always properly working and on during virtual meetings.
  • Familiarity with BuilderTrend is a plus.

Experience

  • Commercial construction: 3 years (Preferred).
