Position Overview:
As an Auto Glass Specialist, you will be integral in delivering outstanding service while assisting our Members in overcoming life's challenges. We believe that your experiences outside of work enhance your contributions within our team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Execute mobile and fixed-site auto glass removal and installation, ensuring minimal vehicle damage during the process. Follow industry and AAA standards for glass repair and replacement.
• Review daily job itineraries and confirm that replacement glass and necessary installation parts are in good condition.
• Provide exceptional customer service and represent AAA with professionalism, collaborating with supervisors and customer service representatives to address any service or quality concerns.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment, adhering to OSHA safety standards and promptly reporting any accidents or unsafe conditions.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• Minimum of three years of experience as an Auto Glass Technician.
• Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
• National Glass Association (NGA) certification is preferred. Must obtain certification within 60 days of employment as directed by management.
• Must be at least 21 years old for insurance purposes.

Physical Requirements:
Ability to lift and move up to 100 pounds. Must be capable of sitting or standing for extended periods and performing various physical activities, including walking, climbing, balancing, stooping, kneeling, crouching, and crawling. Willingness to work in various weather conditions and drive up to 300 miles daily.
