Key Responsibilities- Medication Administration: Administer medication and treatments to residents in a safe and organized manner, ensuring compliance with federal, state, and local laws, standards, and regulations.
- Documentation and Communication: Document medication administration and communicate with residents, family members, and healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care.
- Risk Management and Safety: Identify and report potential safety hazards, ensure compliance with OSHA and other regulatory requirements, and maintain a safe and healthy environment for residents and staff.
- Training and Development: Participate in ongoing training and education to enhance skills and knowledge, and contribute to the development of individualized care plans.
- Education and Certifications: High school diploma or equivalent, and certifications in CPR and First Aid.
- Experience: Previous experience working with seniors, preferably in a healthcare or senior living setting.
- Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work independently and as part of a team, and strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
