Swim Instructor

We're seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Swim Instructor to join our team at Waterworks Aquatics. As a Swim Instructor, you will be responsible for teaching private and semi-private swimming lessons to children and adults, while ensuring the safety and well-being of our students.

• Deliver high-quality swim lessons to students of all ages and skill levels
• Ensure the safety of students, coworkers, and yourself at all times
• Communicate effectively with management and customers regarding lesson plans, student progress, and any concerns
• Participate in ongoing training and professional development to stay up-to-date on best practices in swim instruction

• Must be at least 18 years old
• Genuine passion for working with children and adults
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and tread water
• First Aid, CPR, and AED certification (Infant, Child, Adult)
