Nuclear Medicine Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Nuclear Medicine Technologist to join our team for a 13-week contract in Carlsbad, New Mexico.
About the JobThis position involves performing diagnostic nuclear medicine procedures using technical knowledge and good judgment. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be compassionate and sensitive, and possess phenomenal efficiency and attention to detail.
Responsibilities- Acquiring and processing patient studies
- Maintaining accurate and complete daily records
- Setting up readings for physicians
- AHA Current Basic Life Support certification for Health Care Providers
- BSN from accredited nursing program, and proper licensure
- At least 2 years of experience in Nuclear Medicine (Certified Nuclear Medicine)
This travel opportunity offers a competitive pay package based on 8-hour shifts and 40 hours per week, with a tax-free stipend amount to be determined. Additional benefits include health insurance coverage, 401K matching, and new licensing reimbursement.
