Responsibilities:- Provide medication assistance to residents, adhering to the Six Rights of Medication Pass.
- Observe and report any changes in resident condition, including skin, behavior, alertness, weight, dietary, and participation in activities.
- Respond promptly to security system and resident call bells.
- Assist with continence management and maintain cleanliness of resident suites and community restrooms.
- Serve and collect food trays, reporting any meal refusals or loss of appetite.
- Maintain resident independence, promote dignity, and ensure physical safety.
- Participate in activities of daily living, such as bathing, dressing, toileting, grooming, ambulation, transferring, and eating.
- Engage residents in life skills and other life enrichment activities.
- Provide excellent customer service to internal and external customers, guests, family members, residents, vendors, and team members.
- Perform resident laundry as assigned and needed.
- Medication Aide certification required.
- Certified Nurse's Aide certification preferred.
- High School diploma/GED.
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- CPR Certification preferred.
- First Aid Certification preferred.
- Previous experience working with seniors preferred.
