**Job Summary:**

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate CMA to provide high-quality patient care in a fast-paced environment. As a CMA, you will be responsible for assisting with medication administration, performing routine patient care tasks, and maintaining accurate records.

**Responsibilities:**

• Assist the charge nurse with medication administration and other patient care activities.

• Perform routine patient care tasks such as vital sign checks, bathing, and dressing.

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records, including medication lists and treatment plans.

• Participate in shift report and communicate effectively with colleagues to ensure seamless care transitions.

• Follow infection control guidelines and maintain a clean and safe environment.

• Report any changes in patient condition or concerns to the Patient Care Supervisor promptly.

• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans.

**Requirements:**

• Current certification as a Medication Aide.

• Previous patient care experience preferred.

• Ability to communicate effectively in English through both speech and writing.
