Work Schedule:

Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or Equivalent
- Minimum of 1 Year Relevant Experience
- Must Hold NYS Certification as a Nursing Aide
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist residents with mobility and transfers to and from beds, chairs, and other locations.
- Provide assistance with feeding and hydration.
- Manage personal hygiene needs, including bedpans and urinals.
- Ensure cleanliness and comfort for residents, including changing linens and maintaining personal items.
- Administer bathing and skincare routines, along with hair and oral hygiene care.
- Support residents in dressing and undressing.
- Participate in rehabilitation programs for bowel and bladder management.
- Collect specimens and monitor intake and output, maintaining accurate records.
- Measure vital signs such as temperature, pulse, and respiration.
- Observe and report any changes in residents' conditions to the supervising nurse.
- Complete necessary documentation before the end of each shift.
- Attend mandatory training sessions as required by regulations.
- Maintain cleanliness of equipment and work areas.
- Exhibit a professional demeanor and appearance at all times.
- Provide assistance with resident care as needed.
- Adhere to organizational policies and safety protocols.
- Report any incidents or safety concerns immediately.
- Maintain confidentiality regarding resident and organizational information.
