Interstate Group, a leading cargo trailer manufacturer and sales industry leader, is seeking an Assembly Technician for its Conway production plant. The company operates over 80 store locations, serving more than 450,000 satisfied customers.
Compensation$18-$20 per hour + bonus opportunity with annual salary range of $37,760 to $41,600 based on 40-hour workweek and additional time worked at prevailing wage rates.
Job DescriptionThis role supports our customers by contributing to the high-quality construction process of Interstate trailers. Responsibilities include cutting and installing plywood in trailers for floors and walls, meeting quality control standards, and learning other production roles to support the team as needed.
Required Skills & Qualifications- Operate various tools, including drywall screw guns, table saws, jig saws, miter saws, and general hand tools.
- Maintain a fast-paced, detail-oriented environment and be able to work on your feet for extended periods.
- Lift up to 50 pounds.
