Job Summary:

As a Building Cleaner, you will be responsible for maintaining our buildings in a clean, safe, and welcoming condition for our customers and employees.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform a variety of cleaning tasks to ensure high standards are met, including dusting, vacuuming, and sanitizing surfaces
• Dispose of trash and recyclables properly and replenish restroom supplies
• Complete high-dusting tasks as needed and maintain a clean and organized workspace
• Adhere to company policies and procedures, including health and safety protocols
• Demonstrate professionalism and excellent customer service skills
• Ensure equipment is well-maintained and report any issues to management

Requirements:

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform physical tasks as required
• High school diploma or equivalent required
