We are a rapidly expanding hospitality company seeking an experienced professional to lead our front of house operations as a Front of House Manager.

Compensation: The salary for this position is estimated to be between $40,000 and $55,000 per year, depending on experience.

About the Role

This is a unique opportunity for a seasoned Front of House professional to take center stage and drive customer satisfaction in our Worthington, MN location.

As the leader of our front of house operations, you will be responsible for conducting daily activities with flair, harmonizing with staff to deliver exceptional customer service, ensuring compliance with hospitality regulations, and leading the team to achieve our goals.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement effective strategies to enhance customer experience and drive sales growth.
  • Foster a positive and productive work environment by promoting teamwork, open communication, and continuous learning.
  • Maintain accurate records and reports, ensuring seamless operations and compliance with industry standards.
  • Cultivate relationships with internal stakeholders to ensure alignment and cooperation across departments.
