Job Summary:

The Clinical Social Worker will function as a member of a multidisciplinary treatment team, providing a variety of professional clinical social work services, including case management, psychosocial assessments, therapeutic interventions, individual and group therapy, and discharge planning.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide professional clinical social work services to patients with severe psychiatric disorders
  • Conduct psychosocial assessments and develop treatment plans
  • Provide individual and group therapy sessions
  • Collaborate with the multidisciplinary treatment team to develop and implement treatment plans
  • Provide case management services to patients and their families
Requirements:
  • Masters degree in social work
  • Registration as a social worker by the Michigan Board of Examiners of Social Workers
  • At least one year of professional experience providing social casework and treatment services in a clinical setting
