We are seeking a dedicated Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team at Keswick, a leading provider of long-term care services. As an LPN, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality patient care and contributing to the well-being of our residents.

Salary:

The estimated salary for this position ranges from $27.50 to $35 per hour, depending on experience. In addition to your hourly rate, you may also be entitled to receive shift differentials, health coverage, dental and vision benefits, free disability coverage, and other perks.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Deliver total nursing care for residents/patients in assigned areas (approximately 20-25 beds)
  • Coordinate and evaluate care plans to ensure optimal patient outcomes
  • Work collaboratively with interdisciplinary teams to provide comprehensive care
  • Participate in ongoing education and training to stay up-to-date on best practices and industry developments

Requirements:

  • Graduation from an accredited LPN program
  • Active licensure as a Licensed Practical Nurse without disciplinary infractions by the Maryland Board of Nursing
  • Current BLS certification required; IV insertion skills preferred
  • At least 2 years of experience working in long-term care settings
