Two Hands Hospitality is a dynamic group of community-focused Australian restaurants. Our mission is to fuel your lifestyle with fresh, delicious food, expertly crafted cocktails, and specialty coffee.

We are seeking experienced Beverage Specialists to join our team for our restaurant opening in the Factory this December. This is a full-time position, requiring open availability.

Salary and Benefits

The hourly wage is estimated at $25-$28 per hour, including tips. Health insurance is available after 3 months, and we offer a 50% employee discount for you and up to four guests on food and drinks when dining outside of work hours.

Job Description

This role is ideal for individuals with a friendly, welcoming, and energetic personality. A great work ethic, a passion for service, and a drive to provide the highest level of customer service are essential.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare and serve specialty coffee drinks, teas, and other beverages with precision and speed.
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to health and safety standards.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, responding to inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to achieve seamless service during busy periods.
  • Develop knowledge of menu items, ingredients, and allergens to ensure accurate information sharing with customers.
Requirements
  • At least one year of experience as a barista or similar beverage specialist in a high-volume and fast-paced environment.
  • Bar and/or serving experience is highly valued.
  • Must be available early mornings and weekends.
  • Knowledge and understanding of a dining program that includes coffee, specialty drinks, alcoholic beverages, and varied menu items.
  • Ability to maintain composure during busy service periods and show initiative in undertaking side work during slower times.
