Job Summary:

Aegis Therapies is seeking a skilled Physical Therapy Assistant to join our team in providing high-quality care to patients in a nursing home, rehabilitation center, or skilled nursing facility setting. As a Physical Therapy Assistant, you will work closely with our experienced therapists to develop and implement personalized treatment plans that promote patient recovery and independence.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist licensed therapists in conducting patient evaluations, developing treatment plans, and implementing interventions.

Provide direct patient care, including exercises, modalities, and other interventions as prescribed by the therapist.

Maintain accurate and detailed records of patient progress and treatment plans.

Requirements:

Current license as a Physical Therapy Assistant or ability to obtain in the state of practice.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams.

Ability to maintain a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends as needed.
