Sales Consultant

TRENTINI is seeking a seasoned professional to lead our organization's sales efforts. With 120 years of industry leadership, we're looking for someone who shares our passion for excellence and customer satisfaction.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of developing and maintaining strong relationships with existing clients, while also identifying new business opportunities through referrals and leads. As a leader, you'll be responsible for training and developing a small team to achieve these goals, with the potential to move into an Agency Director role as you master our systems and processes.

This is a weekly-paid position with a competitive salary range of $70,000-$85,000 in the first year.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients.
• Research and pursue new business opportunities through referrals and leads.
• Supervise and train a small team to achieve sales goals.
• Utilize Salesforce-based CRM for daily reporting and tracking.
• Recruit, train, and develop team members for leadership roles.

Licensing Requirements:
