The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of developing and maintaining strong relationships with existing clients, while also identifying new business opportunities through referrals and leads. As a leader, you'll be responsible for training and developing a small team to achieve these goals, with the potential to move into an Agency Director role as you master our systems and processes.
This is a weekly-paid position with a competitive salary range of $70,000-$85,000 in the first year.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients.
- Research and pursue new business opportunities through referrals and leads.
- Supervise and train a small team to achieve sales goals.
- Utilize Salesforce-based CRM for daily reporting and tracking.
- Recruit, train, and develop team members for leadership roles.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Strong supervisory and leadership abilities.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and delegate effectively.
- Passion for helping people and developing relationships.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Licensing Requirements:
- Driver's License and ability to work in the U.S. are required.
- Must have a clean background and own transportation.
- 45-day minimum evaluation period before advancement.
