Cafe Associate

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Cafe Associate to join our team at Walmart. As a Cafe Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, preparing and serving food, and maintaining a clean and safe environment.

• Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service by acknowledging customers, identifying their needs, and assisting them with their purchases.
• Food Preparation: Prepare and serve food according to company standards, ensuring high-quality products and maintaining food safety and sanitation guidelines.
• Teamwork: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives, including inventory management, ordering merchandise, and receiving club pick-up orders.
• Inventory Management: Maintain accurate inventory levels, rotate merchandise, and ensure quality and date control standards.
• Food Safety and Sanitation: Maintain a clean and sanitized environment, adhering to food safety standards, sanitation guidelines, and cold chain compliance.

• Food Service Experience: Previous experience in food service, including food preparation, customer service, and inventory management.
• Food Safety Certification: Possess a valid food safety certification, such as Food Handler Certification.
• Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers, colleagues, and management.
• Physical Demands: Ability to stand for long periods, lift up to 25 pounds, and work in a fast-paced environment.
