Animal Welfare Fundraising Director

We are seeking an experienced and motivated leader to cultivate meaningful relationships with donors, identify new fundraising opportunities, and ensure the financial sustainability of Heal Animal Rescue.

This pivotal role in our nonprofit's fundraising initiatives requires a professional with 5+ years of experience in securing major gifts, corporate sponsorships, and executing successful campaigns.

1. Fundraising Strategy and Execution:
   • Develop and implement innovative fundraising plans that include major gifts, corporate partnerships, grants, events, and individual contributions.
   • Pursue new revenue streams to diversify funding sources.
   • Set and meet annual fundraising goals.
2. Donor Relations and Stewardship:
   • Build and maintain strong relationships with donors, sponsors, and stakeholders.
   • Oversee donor acknowledgment, recognition programs, and communications to ensure high satisfaction and retention rates.
   • Maintain a comprehensive donor database.
3. Event Planning and Campaign Management:
   • Plan and execute fundraising events, campaigns, and initiatives that inspire donor engagement.
   • Monitor campaign success through data analysis and adjust strategies as needed.
4. Grant Writing and Management:
   • Research and apply for grants that align with Heal Animal Rescue's mission and programs.
   • Work with program staff to ensure proper allocation and reporting of grant funds.

The estimated salary for this role is $80,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on experience.
