About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Maintenance Technician to join our team at D&W Fine Pack. As a key member of our maintenance team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our extrusion and thermoforming equipment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform routine preventative maintenance to ensure equipment continues to run efficiently
  • Diagnose and repair mechanical problems using blueprints, repair manuals, and parts catalogs
  • Assemble, install, or repair wiring, electrical, and electronic components
  • Assist other workers with specific tasks as requested
  • Follow plant quality practices, including Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs)
Requirements
  • High School Diploma with a minimum of 7 years maintenance experience, including machine repair and electrical diagnostic of extrusion (plastic) and thermoforming equipment
  • Ability to read blueprints and schematics, PLC programming, robotics, VFDs, HMI's, electrical, mechanical, and pneumatic maintenance
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Ability to work safely and willingness to train in cross-functional areas
