Full Stack Software Development Team Lead

We are seeking a seasoned Full Stack Software Development Team Lead to spearhead our web development efforts. In this pivotal role, you will oversee the design and development of new web applications and enhancements to existing ones, as well as Web APIs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and build innovative full-stack solutions for web applications, leveraging your expertise in .NET Core, C#, and Microsoft SQL Server.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate Web APIs, Single Page Applications, and backend services using Azure Resources.
- Mentor and manage team members to ensure efficient project delivery, while promoting knowledge sharing and collaboration through technical documentation.
- Participate in peer code reviews to maintain high-quality code and adherence to best practices, including SOLID Principles and Design Patterns.
- Perform troubleshooting, analysis, and resolution for production issues, ensuring minimal downtime and maximum uptime.
- Contribute to the development of Unit Tests using NUnit or MSTest, and optimize code using ORM tools like EF/EF Core or Dapper.
- Assist in creating and updating technical documentation to facilitate knowledge sharing and collaboration.
- Work closely with the Director, Architect, Scrum Master, and development team to scale backend services and meet business objectives.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Systems, or related field.
- 7 to 10 years of experience in implementing ERP solutions in Microsoft technologies.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills to effectively collaborate and convey technical information.
- Expertise in Object-Oriented Design, including SOLID Principles, and using Design Patterns in building software applications.
- High level of proficiency in C#, .NET Core, specifically in the development of Web Applications using .NET Core, RESTful APIs, GraphQL etc.
- Experience with Microsoft SQL Server 2017 – 2019, Azure SQL, Stored Procedures.
- Experience building Single Page Applications using ReactJS, HTML 5, TypeScript.
- Knowledge of integration patterns using Azure is a plus.
- Experience developing in a team environment, using Git best practices.
- Experience operating as part of an Agile/Scrum Team.
- Experience writing Unit Tests in NUnit or MSTest, and using ORM tools like EF/EF Core, or Dapper.
- Experience developing Web APIs (Service Oriented Architecture).
- Experience using and developing against Azure Resources, including: Azure App Services, Azure API Management, Azure CosmosDB, Azure Web Jobs & Serverless Functions, Azure Search Service.
- Experience in CI/CD using Azure DevOps Boards/Repos/Pipelines/Artifacts.
- Knowledge of Git Flow.
- Knowledge of Event-Driven Programming.
