We are seeking a qualified Occupational Therapist to fill a vacancy in our team in Anchorage, Alaska.
About the Position:In this role, you will be responsible for providing high-quality rehabilitation services to patients, assessing their medical condition, functional capabilities, limitations, and restrictions. You will also establish and administer a treatment program with specific goals determined according to the patient's capacity and tolerance.
You will work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive patient care, develop a plan of care for each occupational therapy patient, and provide skilled occupational therapy services/interventions in accordance with physician orders.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans for occupational therapy patients.
- Provide direct patient care, including assessments, treatments, and progress monitoring.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive patient care.
- Document patient progress and outcomes in accordance with regulatory requirements.
To be considered for this role, you must have a Master's degree in Occupational Therapy, be certified by the National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy (NBCOT), and have a minimum of one year of professional working experience. You should also possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, and demonstrate a commitment to delivering high-quality patient care.
