Job Summary

We are seeking a Nurse to join our team in an outpatient dialysis setting. As a Nurse, you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of our patients and their families. You will work in a fast-paced environment, delivering care to patients with multiple co-morbidities, and collaborating with a team of healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive care.

Responsibilities
  • Deliver high-quality patient care in an outpatient dialysis setting
  • Collaborate with a team of healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive care
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans for patients
  • Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as needed
  • Provide education and support to patients and their families
Requirements
  • Associates Degree in Nursing (A.D.N) from an accredited school of nursing
  • Current RN licensure in the state of practice
  • Experience in dialysis or nephrology nursing preferred
