Join Our Team as a Shift Leader

Panda Express is seeking a motivated and experienced Shift Leader to join our team. As a Shift Leader, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth operation of our restaurant, providing exceptional customer service, and leading a team of dedicated associates.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage restaurant operations, including inventory management, scheduling, and customer service
  • Lead a team of associates, providing guidance, support, and feedback to ensure excellent performance
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty
  • Collaborate with management to achieve business objectives and goals
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; some college or experience in restaurant operations preferred
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods
