Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Full-Time Pediatric Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our team at ProCare Therapy in Tumwater, WA.

About the Role:

This is a full-time position requiring a minimum of 1+ years of speech therapy experience. As an SLP, you will work closely with students to assess, diagnose, and treat speech and language disorders.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Conduct comprehensive evaluations to assess speech, language, and communication needs.
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans and IEPs.
  • Provide therapy services in individual and group settings.
  • Collaborate with teachers, parents, and school staff to monitor student progress.
  • Document therapy sessions and maintain detailed records.
  • Attend IEP meetings and provide professional recommendations to support student success.

Requirements:

  • Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology.
  • Current SLP license in Washington.
  • Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) preferred; CFY candidates are welcome to apply.
  • Experience in a school or pediatric setting is preferred.
  • Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
