Healthcare Professional for Complex Behavioral Health Care

Cynet Health seeks a dedicated and experienced Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team as a Healthcare Professional for Complex Behavioral Health Care. This is a 13-week assignment with a guaranteed 36 hours of work per week.
As a successful candidate, you will have at least 5 years of RN experience, with recent experience within the last 3 months. You must be willing and eligible to obtain any necessary licenses and certifications.
We are looking for an individual who is comfortable working in an LGBTQ+ unit and has previous experience in psych/behavioral health care across pediatric, child, and adolescent age groups. The ideal candidate will also be willing to float to other units and take charge shifts, with experience in LGBTQ+ psychiatric care.
The role involves collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to identify individual and group needs and interventions, utilizing the nursing process to address complex patient needs, and providing clinical supervision of Mental Health Workers. Additionally, you will work within the Co-Occurring Disorders Inpatient Treatment Program, offering 24-hour care designed to promote healing and ongoing recovery.
Your responsibilities will include helping patients develop and maintain their sobriety while managing co-occurring psychiatric issues such as Depression, Bipolar Disorder, and Anxiety Disorders. You will specialize in high-quality intervention, medically assisted drug and alcohol withdrawal, stabilization, and education for strong and successful recovery.
In addition to your exceptional clinical skills, we require a resume with detailed psych experience and age groups, a completed psych skills checklist within the last year, and two supervisory references from the last two years of employment. We also need a driver's license or candidate's address in the application to confirm distance eligibility.
