Job Title: Station Cook

**Job Summary:**

We are seeking a skilled Station Cook to join our culinary team at Remington. As a Station Cook, you will be responsible for planning, preparing, and presenting high-quality cold food items to our guests.

**Key Responsibilities:**

* Collaborate with the Sous Chef to review assignments and anticipate business levels
* Set up and maintain a clean and organized work station
* Prepare salads, fruit and vegetable trays, and other cold menu items
* Display items attractively and to specified requirements
* Assist with inventory management and maintain proper storage procedures
* Work in a cooperative and friendly manner with fellow associates

**Requirements:**

* 2 years' experience as a Pantry Person at a Hotel/Resort or Restaurant
* Ability to work all stations on the line
* Food handling certification required
* Strong communication and teamwork skills

**Work Environment:**

* Stand and walk for varying lengths of time, often long periods of time
* Work environment can be hot and/or cold throughout the shift
* Bend, stoop, squat, and stretch to fulfill cleaning requirements
