Job Summary:

As a Certified Nursing Assistant at The Reserve Healthcare Facility, your primary responsibility is to provide daily nursing care and services to residents based on their assessment and care plan.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Ensure residents' rooms are prepared for their arrival.
  • Greet and assist residents with settling in.
  • Inventory and label residents' personal belongings.
  • Transport residents as needed.
  • Follow established policies and procedures.
  • Create a warm and positive environment.
  • Report any concerns or complaints raised by residents.
  • Assist residents with daily activities such as personal care and hygiene.
  • Monitor and address residents' needs promptly.
  • Participate in training programs as required.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of resident care equipment.
  • Adhere to safety protocols and procedures.
  • Report any changes in residents' condition to supervisors.
Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you must have:

  • A high school diploma or equivalent.
  • Graduation from an accredited CNA program.
  • An active CNA certificate.
  • Current CPR certification.
  • The ability to communicate effectively in English.
Work Environment:
  • Works within various areas of the nursing service department.
  • Subject to various working conditions and interactions.
  • May be required to work beyond regular hours and on weekends.
  • Must comply with safety and health regulations.
  • May be exposed to hazardous chemicals and materials.
Physical and Sensory Requirements:
