Key Responsibilities- Portion and package meat products to meet production requirements
- Verify weights and package meat products accurately
- Operate machinery and equipment safely and efficiently
- Work collaboratively with team members to meet production goals
- Adhere to all quality and safety guidelines
- Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to lift and move meat products up to 10 pounds
- Ability to work in a cold environment
- High school diploma or equivalent required
The work environment is fast-paced and dynamic, with a focus on meeting production goals and maintaining high standards of quality and safety. The noise level in the work environment is usually loud, and the employee is regularly exposed to cold temperatures (45 degrees) in the plant.
