Job Summary:
The Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) Clinical Care Leader (CCL), Long-Term Care (LTC) is responsible for utilizing the nursing process (assessment, diagnosis, outcomes/planning, implementation, and evaluation) to provide individualized care in the long-term care setting while under the supervision of a registered nurse, advanced practice provider, or physician.
Main Duties:
- Completing, updating and maintaining the Schedule for our Nurses and CNAs
- Making and maintaining up to date schedules for appointments and Physician visits for our Residents
- Updating and ensuring accuracy of Timecards for the nursing department
- Leading orientation training for New Hires in the nursing department
Qualifications:
- Graduate from an accredited practical nursing program as a Licensed Practical Nurse
- Associate degree in practical nursing is preferred
- Currently holds an unencumbered Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license with State Nursing board and/or possess multi-state licensure privileges
