Key Responsibilities
- Ensure a safe and clean working environment

- Provide quality manufacturing support by compiling, initiating, sorting, and analyzing production records while recommending cost-saving measures
- Maintain quality standards by monitoring processes, control points, equipment, and personnel
- Communicate expectations to team members, evaluate job performance, and enforce systems, policies, and procedures
- Foster collaborative relationships with clients
- Coach, counsel, and discipline employees as necessary
- Complete production schedules by assigning and managing personnel
- Enhance quality staff and service through employee training
- Accurately enter time, data, and other business inputs into automated systems to uphold customer satisfaction and employee morale
- Address personnel issues by resolving employee complaints and collaborating with HR
