We are seeking an experienced and strategic Senior Media Buyer to join our growing media team at Lambert. This role requires deep knowledge of broadcast and other traditional media, strong negotiation skills, and the ability to analyze and interpret campaign performance data.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Media Planning & Buying: Develop, negotiate, and execute TV, radio, print and OOH media plans for clients across various industries, ensuring alignment with client goals and target audiences.
  • Client Collaboration: Work closely with account leads and clients to understand marketing objectives, budget constraints, and key performance indicators (KPIs). Provide strategic recommendations based on industry trends and audience insights.
  • Negotiation & Relationship Management: Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with media vendors, networks, and stations to secure optimal rates and placements. Negotiate cost-effective media buys and maximize added-value opportunities.
  • Campaign Management: Oversee the execution of TV, radio, print and OOH campaigns from start to finish, ensuring accurate trafficking of ads, timely delivery, and budget compliance. Troubleshoot and resolve any issues that arise during the campaign lifecycle.

The estimated salary for this position is around $120,000-$150,000 per year, depending on experience.
