Unit Manager I

As a Unit Manager I at Seven Counties Services, you will oversee the daily operations of our clinical and administrative teams. Your responsibilities will include supervising and directing personnel, conducting performance reviews, and implementing unit programming. You will also participate in staff meetings, monitor fiscal performance, and provide public relations support for our clinical programs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and direct clinical and administrative personnel
- Conduct performance reviews and provide training
- Implement unit programming and identify trends
- Monitor fiscal performance and maintain accurate documentation
- Provide public relations support for clinical programs
Requirements:
- Master's degree in Education, Counseling, or relevant field
- Licensure from a KY Board
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Two to three years clinical experience with supervisory background
