Job Summary:

As a skilled Aviation Technician, you will be responsible for assembling, troubleshooting, and repairing airframes, engines, and systems. You will perform modification work on aircraft as required, ensuring that all tasks are completed to the highest standards of safety and quality.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform a variety of mechanical duties on assigned aircraft models, including diagnosing malfunctions, disassembly, rework, repair, replacement, reassembly, and adjustment of various systems.
  • Conduct troubleshooting, inspection, repair, and engine runs to ensure that aircraft are airworthy and meet regulatory requirements.
  • Install service bulletins and service kits on airframes and engines, and make appropriate entries in aircraft records.
  • Complete return to service entries in aircraft logbooks and perform engine maintenance on airworthy aircraft.
  • Perform annual inspections and continued airworthiness inspections, and complete daily tasks without supervision.
  • Train others and assist in required certifications and qualifications for the team.
  • Take the lead on important projects to completion, and lead safety or quality improvements.
Requirements:
  • High school education or equivalent required.
  • A&P License is required.
  • Daily tasks are completed without supervision.
  • A self-starter and takes the lead on important projects to completion.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills.
  • Action-oriented and takes on challenges.
  • Team-oriented, self-driven, and safety-conscious.
  • Goal-oriented and driven to meet and/or exceed quality expectations.
