At Vacasa, we're on the hunt for a skilled Seasonal Housekeeper to join our team this winter season. As a key member of our Operations team, you'll play a vital role in ensuring our vacation home properties are spotless and ready for our guests.

About the Role

This seasonal position is perfect for individuals who take pride in their work and enjoy maintaining high standards of cleanliness. You'll be responsible for professionally cleaning and maintaining our properties using established procedures and products, guaranteeing that every guest arrives to a welcoming environment that's clean and fully stocked with everything they need for an unforgettable vacation.

We're looking for hardworking, detail-oriented individuals who can commit to varying schedules and adapt to changing business needs. Your ability to multitask, work independently, and maintain a positive attitude will make you an excellent fit for this role.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Professionally clean and maintain properties using company-approved methods and materials
  • Clean all surfaces, including floors, walls, and countertops
  • Restock consumable items such as soaps and paper products
  • Maintain hot tubs as needed (no experience necessary - we provide on-site training)
  • Collect and remove trash and debris
  • Meet and maintain required housekeeping metrics

Requirements:

  • Reliable transportation
  • Smartphone and personal email address
  • Weekend availability
  • Attention to detail
  • No experience required - we offer comprehensive training
  • Ability to stand for extended periods, bend, stoop, squat, kneel, and lift over 20 pounds
