Key Responsibilities:
As a Healthcare Client Liaison, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional service to our diverse clientele.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Acting as the primary contact for clients, addressing their inquiries and resolving any challenges they may face.
- Collaborating with our consulting team to devise strategies aimed at enhancing client services and patient care.
- Conducting thorough evaluations of client feedback to pinpoint areas for enhancement and formulating actionable plans to tackle these issues.
- Effectively communicating with clients in both English and Spanish, ensuring they fully comprehend the services we offer and their associated benefits.
- Staying informed about the latest advancements in the healthcare sector and leveraging this knowledge to provide insightful guidance to our clients.
- Offering training and support to fellow team members, aiding them in refining their customer service abilities and deepening their understanding of the healthcare industry.
Qualifications:
To excel in this role, you will need:
- A minimum of 2 years of experience in a customer service capacity, ideally within the healthcare sector.
- Fluency in both English and Spanish, with outstanding written and verbal communication skills in both languages.
- A thorough understanding of the healthcare industry, with the ability to keep abreast of the latest trends and developments.
- Exceptional problem-solving capabilities, with the ability to think critically and devise effective solutions to client challenges.
- Strong interpersonal skills, enabling you to build robust relationships with clients and collaborate effectively within a team.
